JLT Restaurant Awards 2017: Meet the finalists for the “Best European” and “Best Service” categories!

Revealed: The three most popular entries in the “Best European” and “Best Service” categories of the 2017 JLT Restaurant Awards

Online voting for the inaugural JLT Restaurant Awards closed on 31st October 2017 and over 7,000 JLT residents, office dwellers, and visitors voted for their favourite Jumeirah Lakes Towers restaurants, cafes, and bars.

In the run-up to the awards ceremony on the 27th November at the fabulous Bonnington Jumeirah Lakes Towers, we’ll reveal the finalists, category by category. Today, we’ll bring you our neighbourhood’s most popular European restaurants and the restaurants with the best service.

In the 2017 JLT Restaurant Awards, European restaurants have been split into two categories: Our “Best European (Licensed)” for restaurants that serve alcohol and “Best European (Unlicensed)” for dry restaurants. Both categories attracted a good number of votes and in the end, the finalists for the licensed category were: Congratulations to Le Petit Belge, Couqley French Bistro & Bar, and Mythos Kouzina & Grill!

In the “Best European (Unlicensed)” category the finalists were: Congratulations to Pizzaro, Cafe Confetti, and Labbys The Hellenic House!

Wherever you dine, service is very important, so we included a "Best Service" category in the online voting for the JLT Restaurant Awards. This category is sponsored by the fine folks from Servicexcellence and the shortlisted restaurants are: Congratulations to McGettigan's JLT, La Cantina Cafe and Restaurant, and Ayubowan!
