Ayubowan (which means "Welcome" in Sinhalese) takes you on a culinary journey along the Silk Route and lets you experience Sri Lankan hospitality and a wide range of Sri Lankan culinary delights.
The kitchen brigade is headed by a master chef from Sri Lanka who boasts 35 years experience. He’s assisted by a handpicked team of experienced chefs of various disciplines. Ayubowan aims to create an experience in taste which is unique, authentic, and ultimately unforgettable.
What's On Dubai commented that at Ayubowan you'll find "no-frills fare with an emphasis on flavour over presentation, which only makes the food more authentic." and said that "this is also reflected in the prices, which are closer to what you might find on the island than anything we’re used to here in Dubai."
Ayubowan has an outdoor terrace and regularly hosts events like BBQ Sundays or Food Festivals.
