The legacy goes on... Over 60 years ago, a one-time passion to serve the best Indian food led to the creation of Delhi Darbar as a world class and internationally renowned Indian restaurant brand. When the first Delhi Darbar opened in Bombay (Mumbai) several decades ago, all the food preparations were ceremoniously undertaken and mixed as were the original recipes from centuries ago. Today, Delhi Darbar keeps these traditions alive in JLT, maintaining the essential spirit and methodology that has made Delhi Darbar a very sought after Mughlai dining experience.
