McGettigan's JLT
McGettigan's JLT is the "original" outlet of the now globally expanding Irish bar chain. It opened in 2010 and has grown from strength to strength since then, fast becoming a Dubai ‘institution’ and ‘home away from home’ for expats living and working in the city.
McGettigan’s JLT guarantees
a great night out for both visitors and JLT residents alike. The bar is located below the elegant, 5-star Bonnington Hotel and is just a few minutes walk from the metro and the Dubai Marina
pedestrian bridge.
Award-winning food and drinks are served daily from 12 noon
until late with a host of Dubai’s best bands and DJs
performing on various nights each week. Many of Ireland’s top
musicians, bands and comedians are flown into Dubai to perform live in a
series of one-off gigs throughout the year. Acts such as The Coronas,
Walking on Cars, Aslan, Roisin O, and Hermitage Green
have all been over to perform in McGettigan’s JLT.
McGettigan's offers Friday Brunch every Friday and also has a large beer garden, regular live music performances, and a weekly quiz night.
