Scafé is the student training restaurant of SCAFA, Dubai’s School of Culinary and Finishing Arts. At Scafé, advanced students hone their skills under the close supervision of expert chef instructors, develop their culinary talents to fine dining standards, and learn menu development, including the choices on the cafes daily menu.
Scafé offers an a la carte lunch menu, but also features daily changing specials. You can lunch out and enjoy innovative dishes enhanced by the knowledge that your patronage has contributed to the learning and development of future chefs.
