The restaurant is the brainchild of Lily Hoa Nguyen, who has been practicing her craft since she was a child and who spent her adult life cooking excellent Vietnamese food in Saigon, Paris, Istanbul, and Dubai. Lily is passionate about serving up the best of Vietnamese dishes and also about sharing the secrets of perfectly home-cooked Vietnamese meals through her cooking classes.
