Revealed: The three most popular entries in the “Best Bar” and “Best European (Licensed)” categories of the 2018 JLT Restaurant Awards
Online voting for the 2018 JLT Restaurant Awards closed on 31st October 2018 and over 9,000 JLT residents, office dwellers, and visitors voted for their favourite Jumeirah Lakes Towers restaurants, cafes, and bars.
In the run-up to the awards ceremony on the 26th November at Nara Pan-Asian Restaurant, we’ll reveal the finalists, category by category. Today, we’ll reveal the “Best Bar” and “Best European (Licensed)” categories.
The “Best Bar” category featured five entries – one of the smaller categories in the 2018 awards, but still fiercely fought over. Congratulations to Couqley French Bistro, Nola Eatery & Social House, and McGettigan’s JLT – they all made the shortlist in the “Best Bar” category!

This year’s “Best European (Licensed)” category contained a number of newcomers, but also some old favourites. Congratulations to Manzoni Bistro & Bar, Couqley French Bistro, and Mythos Kouzina & Grill – they all made the shortlist in the “Best European (Licensed)” category!
